Pediatric Cardiology Fellowships in Europe
Compare the training route before choosing where to apply.
Guide reviewed 3 November 2026. Program sources have their own dates and scopes.
15 directory records: 13 clinical training / qualification route; 2 observership. 11 records have at least one field-level source check. These are recorded routes, not confirmed open positions or a ranking.
Europe has several training systems
There is no single European pediatric cardiology fellowship application or qualification route represented by these records. Compare a hosted clinical placement, a country’s subspecialty curriculum and a short observership separately. A US-style fellowship title is not required for a European advanced-training route, and a curriculum entry is not an advertised job.
The France guide explains the FST pathway, while the Germany guide separates the chamber model framework from a DHZC observership. Check the host, relevant regulator, intended clinical activity and local application process before assuming that two routes lead to the same qualification.
What the regional list covers
This is a grouping of recorded destinations in the directory, not a complete list of European hospitals. It includes the UK and Switzerland alongside represented EU destinations. Transcontinental destinations are available through the worldwide cardiology directory rather than silently grouped here. A missing country or hospital does not establish that training is unavailable there.
